Payment and refunds

Consultation time and preparation are reserved specifically for each client. For this reason, payments are non-refundable once a consultation has been scheduled or completed.

Rescheduling consultations

If you need to reschedule your consultation:

Please inform us as early as possible
Changes made at least 12 hours before the scheduled time can be accommodated
In unforeseen circumstances, one courtesy reschedule may be offered

Missed consultations without notice may require a new booking.
